 Today we watched the two videos below and did the two things we knew, two we learned and one question.  Next we worked on the worksheet from yesterday and the respiratory system module.  Module is found HERE.  Answers to module HERE.  We also got a practice test  HERE with answers to practice HERE.  

Life Science 11

Today we practiced the life cycles of FERNS and MOSSES.  We labelled THESE diagrams with all the vocabulary of each stage in the life cycle.  We also labelled the haploid and diploid stages as well as when meiosis and fertilization happened.   Next we took some notes on the last division of plants ANGIOSPERMS.  These notes are found HERE.   Finally we got THIS flowering plant colouring practice.   Finally we watched the video below:

Today we turned in the Vascular Plant: Mosses questions.  Next we finished off the fern lab from yesterday and turned in.  Finally we took some notes on Gymnosperms found HERE and started the lab found HERE (just the first two pages).  Also watched the videos below:

 Today we watched the video below about HEART ATTACKS and answered the questions that go along with it found HERE.   (just the first 26 minutes)

Reminder that your FUNGI drawing and assignment is due tomorrow.   

Today we continued with PLANTS.  First we took notes on the entire plant kingdom.  Next we watched the moss video below.  Finally we finished off the MOSS LAB and started the moss questions found HERE.  These will be due tomorrow, but you will have some time to work on them in class.
