Biology 11 (Life Sciences 11)

Today we continued with our FUNGI unit.  No quiz on this unit, only a project due on FRIDAY!!  Power point notes from last week are HERE. We also took notes on the video below:

Biology 12

Today we finished off most of the notes on the circulatory system....except for disorders and diseases.  Note that you are not responsible for all the proteins involved in blood clotting or fetal circulation.  Next we dissected the fetal pig circulatory system.  Finally we got a practice test for the UNIT test next week.   Practice test answers HERE.  We were assigned Module part G.  Module answers found HERE.  

Biology 11 (Life Science 11)

 Today we finished off the Protist Unit by watching the video below and doing the following colouring practice WORKSHEET.  Protist quiz is coming up on Friday.  

Biology 12 (Anatomy and Physiology 12)

 Today we continued with our notes on circulatory system by looking at blood pressure/velocity and blood itself.   Check back to the power point for these notes.  Module Questions to do:  C (#1 and #2) and F.   Wednesday there is a quiz on parts of the heart and blood vessel labelling.   We also did a worksheet on BLOOD.
