Anatomy and Physiology 12
Today we did our MURDER MYSTERY LAB!! We tested known Biomolecules and a control with different chemical tests. Next we worked on our structures for biomolecules drawings and our biomolecules module. MODULE QUESTIONS are due on TUESDAY, Sept. 29th- the day of the test on biomolecules. Some selected answers below:
Water- Carbohydrates HERE. Proteins and Lipids HERE.
We also got a practice test found HERE. Answers to practice are HERE.
Science 10
Today we worked hard on a LAB!! We used these lab guidelines to set up the lab on page 136-137: The Law of Conservation of Mass. Make sure that you have turned this lab in with a graph (on graph paper!). Include the questions at the end of the lab: Process and Analyze (#1, 2) and Conclude and Communicate (#3-5).

Today we wrote our QUIZ on Atomic Theory and Writing Formulas/Names for compounds.
Next we did some textbook reading page 123-126. Do the purple questions on page 123 and page 126.
We built a molecule of methane and reacted it with oxygen.
Finally we set up the lab on page 136-137. The Law of Conservation of Mass. Use the lab guidelines HERE to organize your lab.
Anatomy and Physiology 12
Today we worked on BIOMOLECULES. A reminder that the Biomolecules test is coming up on Tuesday, Sept. 29th. The entire Section A) Biomolecules Module is due that day.
Next we worked on a drawing assignment for biomolecules. We did THIS assignment- which is due on Friday.
Next we got a lab- Macromolecules Murder Mystery. This is taking place on Thursday. Dress up as one of the suspects: Boss, Sports Fan or Date Night.
