Today we made some life size drawings of our digestive system with THIS assignment. If you were away.....you could make a slightly smaller drawing:)
Next we worked on review. The digestive system review KEY was given out and we checked the key for the Feed back mechanism worksheet: Insulin and Glucagon
Today we finished off the bacteria unit with:
1) A lab on Antibiotics vs. Bacteria
2) Completion of the power point notes
3) Completion of the Distribution of Bacteria Lab with questions answered in full sentences
4) Read page 58-63. Answer concept check questions on page 61 and 63 (2 sets on page 63)
Today we looked at the results of the bacterial growth from our lab: Distribution of Bacteria
Next we worked on our Animal Taxonomy Posters. These are due TOMORROW!!
Digestion TEST coming up next Tuesday, Nov 29th. Module Questions are due on Friday.

On Nov. 17 and 18th we worked on the Animal Taxonomy Project sheet and Poster. This is due on Wednesday, Nov. 23rd. Next we took our Taxonomy Quiz
On Thursday Nov. 17 and Friday Nov. 18th. The Bi 12 class completed the following things:
1) The Influence of pH on Enzyme Activity lab and write up. Answer questions and write a conclusion for this lab
2) Enzyme worksheet practice (this is not online, you will need to get from class if you were away)
3) Quiz on Digestive Organs
4) Complete power point note sheet with Digestion Power point found HERE.
5) Module F and G questions
