Busy day today!! First the people that missed their HEART quizzes (or wanted to re-write them) did so. Next we watched the two videos below and did Module part A and B as well as the blood vessel labelling assignment. We also took notes on slides with THIS power point on THIS notesheet.

Life Science 11
Wednesday (May 7th) there will be a QUEST on Protists and Fungi. We started the day with a good review of Protists and Fungi with the Amoeba sisters video below. HERE is the answer key for the Fungi practice test and HERE is the answer key for the protists practice test. Next we started a FUNGI FUN assignment. The assignment is found HERE. This assignment will be due next Tuesday - May 15th.

Today we worked on our Fungi Colouring sheet. Finished off the Fungi Notes: Power point is found HERE and next we did a Fungi Practice Test HERE and defined some important fungi vocabulary found HERE.
Anatomy and Physiology 12
Today we wrote our Quiz on The HEART parts. Next we went over the parts of the systemic and pulmonary systems. Note sheet is found HERE and power point is HERE. (Slide 20-38) We also got a worksheet on the blood vessels of the body. --Pick this up in class.

Today we started the cardiovascular system. First we fill in the first part of THIS note sheet with THIS power point. Next we did THIS drawing to practice heart parts. Note that some valves can have multiple names. Confusing!
