This week we worked on 3 bacteria labs:  Distribution of Bacteria, Staining and Observing Bacteria and Antibiotics vs. Bacteria.  There will be questions for all of these, but only the Staining and Observing Bacteria will require a formal lab report.  You will have time on Friday to work on these.

 During the double block the Biology 11 students:  1) Finished the guided notes started last class.  

2) Started some bacterial labs.  This involved making a streak plate with specific bacteria.  

3)  Did some practiced question on bacteria.  These questions are found HERE and answer key HERE.

 Hi Everyone and welcome back!   Hope you had a great spring break.   I'm home sick, but you are in good hands with Mr. Shea and Ms. McLay.   PLEASE make sure you check your school email to see if you have things to make up.  I sent out emails to those who have to write the evolution quest.  

Today you started Taxonomy with THIS power point and THIS notesheet.   Looks fun, but I hope the shoes weren't too smelly:)
